The Communication Department (~12 people) within Wavestone has a double mission:

Develop Wavestone's brand image and reputation with its various target audiences (clients/market, candidates, investors, shareholders) in France and internationally.

Engage the firm's employees around the world around the company's corporate project

As part of a multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with our Marketing & Digital Department, your mission is to design and deploy multi-channel communication plans (events, print, digital, social media, video, press...) that are relevant and engaging for your target audience:

Designing and deploying communication campaigns: recruitment campaigns, promotion of Great Place to Work® or HappyTrainees, promotion of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, highlighting of publications or partnerships for clients, internal campaigns to mobilize employees on key topics (strategic plan, client satisfaction, CSR, diversity, Smartworking@Wavestone) ;

Elaboration and writing of print or digital communication tools: weekly internal newsletter, letter to shareholders, client stories, annual report, editorial redesign of a section of the website or intranet, MOOC, client insights;

Organization of physical, hybrid or virtual events: market conferences on our key development themes, customer webinars, shareholder meetings, Annual General Meeting, Club Les Echos, internal events such as Global Talks, What'sUp Wavestone, Wavestone Bridges, Wavestone Inside integration seminar... ;

Raise awareness around best practices, both internally and externally: graphic and editorial charters compliance, social media & media training

Brand protection, measurement and monitoring of reputation on the web & social networks - in conjunction with our consultants (law firm specializing in intellectual property, reputation consulting). 

More globally, this experience will also allow you to acquire a 360° vision of the communication and marketing function of a listed company and to apprehend the various challenges of developing a B2B brand internationally.

Profil recherché

Qualifications
You graduated from a leading business school or from a leading university in your country. You are passionate about communication and have an appetite for the consulting sector.

You are known for your enthusiasm and your excellent interpersonal skills

Your are fluent in both English & French

You are rigorous, result-oriented and convincing

You are not afraid to take initiatives

You like to write and express your creativity on all types of subjects

You are agile in organizing your time and managing priorities

In addition, you wish to:

Be an actor in an ambitious company project in full growth in France and internationally. You want to take on challenges and put your enthusiasm to work for a company that will offer you the opportunity to take on responsibilities quickly.
