Fonctions et responsabilités :
We are offering an additional interesting and challenging position as Junior Tax Assistant to join our dynamic team in the field of the Tax Services.
You will be a key member within our Mazars’ team and your role would consist in the following:
- Assisting dedicated teams in the frame of tax advice for local and international corporate tax aspects;
- Providing advice on direct tax aspects at each step of deal cycles (deal structuring, maintenance, restructuring and exit planning);
- Ensuring efficient follow-up on all the tasks you have been assigned;
- Being in contact with various interlocutors such as the Luxembourg tax authorities, services providers and your clients.
Profil recherché
We are looking for an interesting profile:
- You have a Master degree in Business Law or Economics, preferably focused on tax;
- You demonstrate efficient communication skills;
- You are fluent in French and have strong skills in English (both oral and written). German would be an advantage;
- You demonstrate strong skills in organization and flexibility;
- You are highly committed, focused on team spirit and interact easily with individuals at all corporate levels;
- You display enthusiasm and dedication.
