THE CHALLENGE:

We are looking for a passionate Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The latter holds a central place in Malt's setup to accelerate our growth efficiently.

You will be part of a team composed of growth experts and experienced ex-consultants, with an international scope (France, Germany, Spain & more to come). You will be involved in a wide variety of strategic and operational projects to improve our sales efficiency (KPIs, loyalty levers, customer segmentation, etc.) and help us make the best decisions. This role will allow you to develop your analytical and technical skills (Data Analysis, CRM) and your team spirit thanks to numerous interactions with business teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data).

YOUR MISSIONS

- Analyze team performance and identify growth levers
- Define and analyze the most relevant KPIs to monitor the activities of the sales team
- Identify growth levers through advanced analysis and establish strategic recommendations for top management
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of our tools and processes
- Participate in the improvement of our Salesforce CRM as well as monitor and improve its use by the sales team
- Participate in the training of the Sales team to new tools and processes.
- Update training materials (internal doc, Playbook, etc) to improve team efficiency.


THE PROCESS:

Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, rigorous and sensitive to business issues.
- Student in BAC + 4/5 business school or engineer
- Internship of 6 months duration for a gap year or end of study
- Strong sensitivity to data analysis with a good command of Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Autonomous, you are able to make proposals and constantly come up with solutions
- Curious, proactive, entrepreneurial, team player
- You speak french and have a Good level of English to communicate with an international teams
- Interest in understanding the challenges of a sales team
