Working in tandem with the regional manager, your objective will be to develop Malt in the region, prospect new clients, open new accounts, promote the advantages of Malt and develop the freelance community in the basin.

- You will assist in the preparation of client meetings, identifying key information about the potential client. You will define the objectives and key messages to be transmitted
- You will participate in sales meetings and identify the needs of the customers, in order to bring them solutions
- You will then do everything possible to win business (exchanges with our sourcing department to identify the best freelancers for a given need, freelance coaching for auditions, client exchanges)
- Freelancers are also our clients! You will have to make sure that their missions go well, you will be able to visit them physically to create a link and to better understand the organization and the functioning of the client for whom they are on mission
- You will be able to organize events to federate and animate the freelancers of the region with the help of the Regional Manager
- Our product and our processes evolve very quickly in co-construction with our customers: you will be able to propose product improvements thanks to the customer feedback you will have obtained

This is a unique opportunity to open a region! Choosing this work-study program means accompanying the regional manager in the opening of the region, in his or her day-to-day actions thanks to real teamwork, while becoming autonomous by developing your own customer portfolio.
