Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
In 1964, Jean-Claude Decaux invented advertising street furniture. Ever since, JCDecaux—now the global industry leader—has been the only international player focused exclusively on outdoor advertising, developing 3 areas of business: street furniture, transport advertising and billboard advertising.
The International Transport Division of JCDecaux - Marketing &Business Development is looking for a Project Manager who will directly report to the head of this division. You have a strategic and cross-functional position with Corp departments and JCDecaux subsidiaries globally.
A- Business Development – Tenders and Direct Negotiations
1- OVERALL TENDER COORDINATION
Cross-functional teamwork
· Provide international benchmarks, Business KPI and insights required prior to tenders or discussions with Transport Authorities.
· Define bid strategy and bid timeline
· Brief and guide graphic department for tender files
· Drive coordination with other JCDecaux departments (local and corporate) involved in the tender
· Write up support/presentation of tender submission and for tender negotiation with Transport Authorities
2- SALES&MARKETING
Working in partnership with the local team
· Establish positioning, identify target industries/advertisers
· Develop the media plan (assets typology, format, number, location…) further to site visits and technical maps analysis
· Brief and guide graphic department for renderings and mock-ups
· Work on revenue assumption and CAPEX estimation
3- FINANCE
Working in partnership with the local team and JCDecaux Finance Dpt
· Develop (or participate) the Business plan (on request)
· Adjust it if required according to financial KPI
4- LEGAL/CONTRACT
· Working in partnership with the local team and JCDecaux Legal Dp
· Analyze the RFP (Request for Proposal) with the legal team to ensure the compliance of the offer submitted
B- Marketing
1- STRATEGIC MARKETING
· Collect and analyze Y-1 Business KPI of all the JCDecaux Transport subsidiaries – Document to be shared with JCDecaux Board Members
· Identify growth drivers for each JCDecaux transport business (Airport, Metro, Rail…), define recommendations and propose an action plan
2- MARKETING SUPPORT FOR JCDECAUX SUBSIDIARIES (TRANSPORT)
· Brief, guide and produce marketing products (Media offers, sales presentations…)
· Manage JCDecaux Transport Marketing Community by collating and sharing industry insights, international benchmarks, moderate global conference calls…
· Brief and drive international marketing research
3- COMMUNICATION
· Sharing with the JCDecaux Transport Community best campaigns pictures and videos…
· Working in collaboration with JCDecaux Communication dpt and local teams to promote major campaigns and/or media development on social media
· Write press releases and other notes
Profil recherché
· Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and French. Spanish would be a plus.
· Proven experience or internship in media, travel/retail or transport
· Project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
