Mooncard is a fintech company leader in its domain, which proposes a payment solution of new generation: secured and automatized payment cards which in real time are able to automate and manage expenses reports and professional expenses.

Thanks to its unique technology Mooncard integrates immediately payment proofs and completes all expenses report with all the relevant and reliable information needed.

Days of endless excell sheets to be filled out are over, far behind will be the days of manual copy and paste for accounting purposes; you forgot to keep with you the payment proof again? No problem ! Mooncard is here for helping you out to gain precious time in efficiency to you and your teams : sales, marketing, financials, general management, Human Resources and more.

**Your Tasks as Account Manager within our Benelux team! **

In cooperation with our team of sales international, marketing and product, you will manage a portafolio of clients. After a period of training to our methods and devices, your tasks will be the following:

* Supporting of the establishment and implementation of Mooncard’s solution to our new clients.

* Managing client’s satisfaction and the needs of your clients’ portfolio

* Foreseeing customer’s churn risks, as well as putting in place adequate plans of action.

* Identifying upsell opportunities within a logic of account growth.

* Understanding and communicating the existing improvement demands to the product team

* Participating to the writing of success stories with the marketing team.

Profil recherché


* Good knowledge of accounting or entreprise finance are required.

* You worked on the domain of the client relation or in project management.

* You know how to establish a relation of trust with your interlocutors.

* You are autonomous, you know how to adapt to a changing environment and you know how to prioritize.

* You have good communication skills.

* You speak: Dutch as a native speaker, as well as English or/and French fluently.
