Job description :
Working on the French market with a portfolio of key accounts and dealing with their business development and relationship evolution.
You will be responsible for managing your accounts and your community:
• Build an account strategy allowing maximum exploitation of your BU
• Maintain a long term and qualitative relationship with your client partners and your community of providers
• Follow-up on assignments and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the matching between your clients' calls for tenders and service providers' proposals (from sourcing to closing)
• Minimize the churn of project/providers in your area
• Educate clients on the use of our platform
• Work with the growth team to leverage your potential
• Define and communicate the administrative process of your accounts to optimize your collaboration with the customer success team
• Work with the product team to maximize business/tool synergies
Profil recherché
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, push beyond the limit, face challenges, be a self-starter and be highly ambitious.
You'll be:
• Graduated with a master's degree from a business school, engineering school or university
• Eager to work in a scale-up environment
• Previous experience in project management combined with customer portfolio management
• Know how to adapt to every situation
• Team player, responsible and autonomous
• Fluent in French and English and ideally a third language
• Experience in the world of technology, software publishing and international business is a plus
