HRMS Consulting is an international group fully dedicated to all Human Resources related services: Consulting, HR Solutions Implementation, Support & Outsourcing, Innovation. Our mission is to be one of the very few pure players to be recognized internationally for its expertise in all Human Resources Management Systems related services.
As a Solutions Sales Manager in HRMS, you will join an internationally-based team and your work will be divided into:
Business development :
-Develop your clients portfolio by identifying prospects and contact them
-Do prospection meetings autonomously and understand the challenges of your key clients
-Work closely with HRMS Offer Managers and our main partners to create the best solutions for your clients
-Be involved in Talents identification and recruitment process in order to participate in the growth of the company
Account management :
-Follow-up on the projects with your clients with regular meetings
-Support your clients along the whole deployment of the solution
-Develop an account strategy to retain your clients
Strategy :
-Understand client's strategy and help him through his transformation challenges
-Contribute to build the Sales Team and develop the strategy of HRMS
Profil recherché
-Graduated from a Business or Engineering School
-You have an experience in complex selling and want to develop your skills in this field
-You speak fluently French and English
