Sales Enablement Officer - End of Study Internship

Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

As a Sales Enablement Officer, you will be in charge of :

-Support sales/delivery teams (globally, 50+ countries) with business development specific pre-sales activities. Build assets that can be used by sales teams as support in different sales cycle. Sales assets includes corporate presentation, market sector presentations and trainings

-Build key client references for each business lines and market sectors, work closely with project managers and account managers to assure quality

-Participate in answering client Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) on topics such as Sustainable development, GDPR, IT security, Crisis management etc.

-Offer support to business managers by gathering and sharing data from teams such as finance, certification, legal and information technology

-Update and maintain a database of all company certifications and partnerships

-Monitor and update bid support tracker and dashboard to ensure timeliness and efficiency

-Obtain on the job dashboard trainings and prepare dashboards for team’s activities

-Support Go-To-Market team on administrative tasks

-Take initiatives, build relationships with key stakeholders from different levels within the organization and work to find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment

Profil recherché

-Master degree with specialization in Marketing/ Sales/ Business Administration/ Business Management

-Experience with Microsoft tools such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word

-Ability to work in a multicultural dynamic environment

-Fluent in English (French could be a plus, but not mandatory)

-B2B Marketing experience, preferably
