HR Officer - Internship

Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Amaris growth by advising and ensuring support in HR related matters and career development to all the employees in order to have a full and unique work experience in an attractive and young environment. HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages and executes payroll matters and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations, etc.

As an HR Assistant you will advise and provide support to the management within your perimeter in relation to HR topics such as politics, procedures, administrative and legal aspects etc and support the HR Officer/Senior HR Officer on daily basis activities related to administrative procedures but also on HR policies, processes and communications.

Directly managed by the HR Manager, you will be in charge of :

-Ensuring preparation of employment contract, appendix and any HR legal documents in accordance with Labour & Social Law
-In charge of the on boarding, lifecycle and off boarding process of the employee in accordance with the Internal Policies and HR Processes guidelines
-Administering the internal communication on HR topics in collaboration with Senior HRO/Regional HRO
-Coordination & logistics of the HR trainings
-Contributing to the organization of events and HR projects
-Personal administration
-Maintaining employee’s database by verifying information and documents are available and up to up to date (entries, exists, HR documents, ID , work permit)
-Managing administrative part of detachment (declaration, social security, amendments, allowance, the organization in the host country)
-Maintain relationship with Payroll Supplier: submit all relevant HR documents for processing and reporting to Authorities and further check accuracy
-Maintain relationship with Working Medicine Supplier
-Assisting in Immigration processes when needed
-Answering to the employee’s questions related to balance of holidays, benefits, health insurance matters, etc
-Assisting HR operational team on some ad-hoc projects when needed

Profil recherché

-Studying in a business school and looking for an internship.
-Master Degree in HR
-Ideally having previous experience in HR (6 months)
-Fluent in English. Other languages would be desirable
-A proactive person, ready to work in a fast-growing environment
