Want to help scale a startup? This internship is for you! We are looking for passionate people who are looking to build and grow a brand internationally and are ready to make a difference.
As a Junior Growth Marketer, you will work closely with the Growth team and undertake the following missions:
Execute on the marketing strategy, including but not limited to - social media activity, newsletter, campaigns, events (own and participation), brochures, sales proposals presentations, and PR
Manage website updates, propose optimizations and drive online implementation
Assist in the execution of the SEO strategy, create new blog content for the website and optimize current copy (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
Create multimedia materials : graphic content, video editing, lead magnet material, etc.
Assist in planning and executing new lead generation campaigns
Maintain CRM listings for marketing campaigns and manage nurturing campaigns, email and in-app automations
Analyze and optimize the performance of our digital activities
Help build, maintain, and optimize our tools and processes.
Profil recherché
Previous experience in Sales or Marketing (B2B)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fully fluent in English, intermediate in French.
Familiar with the Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), or interested to learn the basics
Previous experience working with CMS and CRM software
Autonomous, reactive and proactive
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a rapidly expanding and fast-paced environment.
A strong results-oriented culture and a competitive spirit
Note: We are more interested in personality than experience.
