Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

- Publish the job descriptions on our different job boards;
- Manage end to end recruitment processes for Internship roles;
- Source talent for Lydia by actively headhunting on full time positions;
- Interview candidates by phone and make reports;
- Track recruitment and keep up to date records of activity on candidate tracking system and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities.

Profil recherché

- You’re looking for a 6 months internship;
- You have your first experience in recruitment;
- You are an enthusiastic person with a more pragmatic approach towards work;
- You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
- You speak English fluently.
