Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
- The ongoing development and delivery of the People Plan, specifically supporting the enhancement of our learning culture with a strong focus on achieving the full potential of employees through a wide range of learning experiences
- Fostering a culture of proactive continuous learning, peer-to-peer coaching and best-practice sharing based on a growth-mindset approach founded on employee-led accountability for their own career development
- Carrying out organisational capability assessments and training needs analyses about our evolving career framework competencies and in line with proposed career pathing opportunities across teams and functions
- Applying adult learning theories and andragogical practices to support our employees’ upskilling and self-learning capability development
- Architecting learning micro-strategies and curricular offerings in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders
- Designing and executing hybrid learning solutions and self-paced content (where relevant) as segmented by employee audiences
Identifying opportunities to transition learning offerings to digital format where appropriate
- Selecting and liaising with potential external educational partners and subject matter experts
- Identifying automation opportunities and benchmarking in-market LMS/LXP solutions against industry standards
- Managing learning operations for signature programmes and helping facilitating parts of flagship programmes (e.g. leadership & manager education series)
- Defining, tracking and monitoring relevant L&D metrics - including reach, impact and budgetary KPIs
Profil recherché
- You’re looking for a 6-month internship starting June 2022;
- You have had a prior first experience in Learning & Development;
- You are an enthusiastic person with a pragmatic approach towards work;
- You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others;
- You speak English fluently.
