Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

- Ensure the smooth running of operations and manage any incidents and bugs;
- Manage operational exchanges with Lydia's payment partners;
- Perform data analysis to understand and improve the performance of products and processes related to your vertical;
- Follow up the launch of the new features and product to validate the expected behaviour;
- Define and execute certain operational processes;
- Identify frictions in the product & processes related to your vertical and propose improvements to Technical Product Managers and Operations Managers.

Profil recherché

- Your analytical skills allow you to understand complex technical issues;
- You are comfortable with SQL (or are ready to become one) and are able to analyse data to understand and solve problems;
- You have a good knowledge of electronic banking;
- You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing;
- You are autonomous and proactive.

Reporting to our Operations Lead, you will join the Technical Product Management & Operations team.
