Welcome to the Jungle is the multichannel media company that aims to inspire every individual to thrive in their professional lives.
We propose a wide variety of high-quality content (articles, videos, series, podcasts, magazines or events) to help young professionals rethink their relationship with work. Our media content is displayed on our website and broadcasted through our social media :
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Youtube
- Instagram
as well as newsletters to engage and inspire our communities on our vision of a new working experience.
We have also created a content-rich website with 4000+ detailed company profiles – including photos, videos, and statistics (number of employees, gender, average age) – making valuable job search information accessible for prospective candidates. It is now way easier for them to narrow down the tribe they belong to!
Your role :
Our Media team is composed of in-house journalists, filmmakers and producers, that create high quality contents to inspire and help our readers navigate through their career journey. Our social media team is in charge of broadcasting our contents toward our communities on social platforms.
Your role, within the media team, will be to contribute to grow and optimize the impact of the media team (content production and broadcasting) via several missions :
Performances reporting and automation :
Each month / quarter / year, we review our content performances through a set of KPIs on our traffic and audience engagement. The role of the operation team is to provide the right data points in a timely manner through clear and actionable dashboards for the editorial team to adjust its strategy accordingly. To provide an efficient reporting process within the team, we strive for continuous improvement and automation of our dataset and dashboards with the help of the data team.
Tools and processes :
Our content production workflow is supported by a series of tools and processes aiming at helping the media team to keep track of our high volume of production and broadcasting. As our production and team grows, the role of the ops is to support the media team scaling by either improving and supporting the use of existing tools or by auditing uncovered needs and providing new adapted tools.
Team life :
We organize key several team events to gather and share the vision and celebrate team achievements. To make them successful, the ops contributes to the preparation of both the content (messages and presentations) and the formats (place and logistics) of these team events.

If you are interested in contributing to a new work experience by supporting the media team growth, we are looking for the following skill set :
You have strong analytical skills and manage excel & powerpoint perfectly with the ability to investigate automation options
You are proactive in proposing and implementing new tools and solutions, in a creative team and environment
Excellent communication skills in both French and English and you strongly believe that only collective intelligence can solve the hardest problems
