About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Events Project Manager in internship to join the Communications team. You will hold a central place to position our corporate brand through our ecosystem. You will work closely with several stakeholders of the Communications & Marketing team (Event, Content, Brand, Growth) in an international environment. You will be involved in a wide range of strategic and operational projects.

This role will allow you to develop your project management, creative and digital skills.

As a Social Media & Events Project intern, your missions will be
Social Media:
Identify and collect all our social media’s needs to raise awareness and to scale up our brand both on the French and European market
Create social visual assets with our brand designers
Write copy text, prepare the planning, schedule posts (Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram)
Animate, interact, converse with our audience on a daily basis
Be responsible for coordinating our planning with the international team
Define all communications plans for big content and corporate news
Sustain our brand engagement and increase traffic to our website organically Measure our social performances: monthly KPI analysis
Ensure a weekly media monitoring on the future of work news

Event:
Support on communication plans for corporate events: tradeshows, breakfast conferences, webinars…
Work on creative briefs to promote our events through visual assets (social media, emailing...)
Operational follow-up on upcoming events: coordination of various service providers, goodies management

You will be responsible for raising awareness and engagement among our target audiences (companies, freelancers, candidates) to position Malt as a key player in the future of work.

Profil recherché

Preferred experience
Gap year or end-of-study internship for a master’s degree in communications/marketing
An interest in the world of technology, human resources and the future of work
A first experience in social media is a plus
Good web culture and ease with digital tools (e.g. graphic design tools, management of social media)
Good writing skills
Good interpersonal skills and dynamic
Listening, organisation, creative and team spirit
Our Recruitment process
First call with Elisa (our Campus Manager), to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (15 minutes)
Interview with Daniel (Social Media Manager) and Mylène (Event Manager), to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
Home assignment to prepare in order to evaluate your hard skills
Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in July 2022 !
