Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
As an apprentice, you will be part of the Devices team.
This includes the following duties:
- You identify and make accessible relevant data sources, including measurement of influence on accuracy or validity.
- You analyze and develop appropriate methods (statistics, big-data, machine learning) to create the model and evaluate the validity of the model.
- You define a concept for the automation of recurrent and day-actual accessing of data sources and of model calculation.
- You steer the implementation of the model including the automation concept in software to make dashboards available to relevant stakeholders in BuyIn, DT, and Orange.
- You implement the dashboards into supplier/category strategies, BuyIn’s sourcing process, and sourcers day-to-day work.
Profil recherché
- You hold a university degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science and ideally specializes in any of the following fields: Data Science/Analytics, Business Intelligence or Information Systems.
- You also possess the following skills and experience:
- You have knowledge and/or experience in Data Science, programming (eg. Python or R) and Excel Power Pivots.
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize information and extract critical data.
- You ideally gained first practical experience with analytics, BI systems (eg. PowerBI), data bases and data modeling.
- You are interest in the correlation between strategy, technology and procurement.
- You have good communication skills to interact inside and outside the company as well as excellent written and spoken English (German and/or French are a plus).
