Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
It is 10:30 am, Pierre finishes a call with a Supply Planner from the UK, in charge of supplying clients with Garnier products. The country cannot reach consumers’ needs. Pierre must find a solution by looking at other European countries’ stock positions and business situation. There is no time to lose: he calls Germany! Meanwhile, he continues to manage his innovation project, which aims at creating new KPIs and a dashboard to monitor his service performance.
Are you inspired by the daily impact Pierre is able to have during his internship? You want to understand better the key role of Supply Chain for the leader company of the Beauty Tech?
Then this experience in Supply Chain at L’Oréal is right for you!
Joining L'Oréal means above all discovering a true industrial company delivering more than 7 billion products worldwide every year.
By joining the Supply Chain teams, you will deep dive in Operations, whose metiers contribute to the growth of L'Oréal, from product development, sourcing, production to the distribution of all the Group's products. As an ally of the brands, Operations always develops and seeks the most agile, innovative, efficient and responsible solutions to meet the specific requirements and diversity of consumers.
Your internship will allow you to discover one of these three fields:
Manufacturing Supply Chain
Sales & Operations Planning
Customer Supply Chain
With distributors and consumers’ growing demands (personalization, service, management of various delivery modes, etc.), and the growth of e-commerce and freestanding stores, the supply chain has become a business driver, at the heart of the product and service offer.
With one order shipped every two seconds, the supply chain is becoming increasingly versatile and rapidly changing along with digital technology to respond to the changing market demands.
Depending on your Supply Chain field, here are some examples of missions you will have to perform:
Create key performance indicators and monitoring tools for Supply Chain
