Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
The Sales Operations & Strategy Apprentice will have an important role in both Sales and Strategy areas.
Sales Operations: he/she will support the Sales Operations teams in generating insights and improving the performance of our sales team.
Strategy: he/she will support in different projects, developing analysis to better understand our markets, our business and ensuring the deployment of our strategic initiatives roadmap across different countries.
Key contributions
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Create new reports & dashboards with tools like Salesforce, Tableau CRM and Power BI to analyse Sales Performance
Maintain and execute existing Sales Operations reporting routines
Analyze sales performance dashboards and identify trends and insights to be shared with senior leadership
Gather and analyze market & competition data and cross it to our internal information to generate relevant insights for our business
Team support
Support other colleagues from the team on Sales Operations and Sales Enablement-related ad hoc projects and initiatives
Support deployment of key initiatives in contact with local teams
Develop ad hoc projects / analysis to better understand and support decision making in our businesses
Profil recherché
BAC + 4/5 – Grandes Ecoles d’ingénieurs ou de commerce
English C1, another language is a plus
Skills : Data Analytics, Learning Agility, Collaboration, Communication
Must have: Tableau CRM, Power BI, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
