Job Description
All our jobs are open to those with disabilities.
You would be joining the Marketing & Digital Department (team of 14), whose mission are to:
· Boost the commercial development of certain scopes with potential of the firm (US office, UK, Switzerland, new transversal offers, etc.) through the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns, around content and/or events related to our expertise.
· Develop the image of Wavestone’s experts in its priority markets (notably US, UK, France, Switzerland, etc.).
· Deploy digital communication channels and associated action plans (website, blogs, social networks, etc.).

As part of a multidisciplinary and international team, you would design and/or deploy marketing campaigns to engage prospects and clients of the firm and generate new business opportunities in the markets that are entrusted.
· Marketing project management and operational implementation
o Definition of the target audience
o Enrichment of contact bases (segmentation by offer, ABM approach)
o Valorization of content around a sequence to be defined
o Implementation of operations necessary for a campaign
o Monitoring of results (number of prospects engaged, number of client appointments generated, number of new opportunities created, etc.)
o Implementation of corrective actions for future campaigns
· Creation of communication materials digital and/or print: client newsletter, email marketing, website offer page, client insight, client case…
· Organization of in-person, hybrid and/or virtual events: conferences centered around are key development themes, client webinars...
· Awareness of good communication and marketing practices regarding the consulting teams you work with: respecting graphic and editorial charters, speaking on the web, social medias or in the press, advice for writing appropriate publications.

You would join a newly created team, with constantly improving practices and strong perspectives of evolution.
· Participation in development projects in the Marketing and Digital department: new channels, creation of training sessions, deployment of tools etc.
· Contribution to transversal projects – notably with the Communication department.

More globally, this experience will allow you to gain a 360° vision of the marketing department within a B2B company and learn about the different challenges involved in the commercial development of an international brand.

Profil recherché

Qualifications
You should have a degree from a business or communication school, an IEP or university, you should have an interest in marketing of services and B2B communication through a prior experience (1 to 3 years) and have an appetite for the demanding world of consulting.

· Your enthusiasm and excellent relationship (simplicity, transparency, adaptability) are strong markers of your personality
· You are comfortable in an international environment and practice professional English (the level will be assessed by a test at the beginning of the recruitment process)
· You enjoy learning and discovering new concepts to apply in your work environment
· You know how to analyze the data of a problem and make the figures speak, you have the sense of the result
· You know how to take initiatives and complete the projects entrusted to you
· You like to write and express your creativity on any type of subject
· You know how to be agile in the organization of your time and manage your priorities
