About the role :
The Talent team, led by Richard Yarsley, partners closely with the business to help Malt, and the people who work here grow. Today there are 7 people dedicated to Talent Acquisition. We are looking for our new team member in Talent Acquisition/ School Relations for July-Sep 2022.
MISSIONS :
50 % Talent Acquisition:
- Using a multisourcing approach to find active and passive candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV techs, job postings, events, networking…)
- Develop a nice candidate experience during on the whole recruitment process
- Shadowing interviews and even more if you’re willing to learn
- Participate to Intakes meetings with hiring managers (product, marketing, Operations, etc)
- Keep up the date with recruitment process in other companies
50 % Campus Management:
- Participate in School Carreer Forums : Organisation, Logistics, follow up with candidates
- Manage the recruitment from A to Z for the Sales Interns
- Represent Malt at events/ meetups/ conferences
- Pre select candidates for Internships and Apprenticeship
- Become the ambassador of Malt among Interns : create event to gather them and to make sure they have a great experience

Our recruitment process
First call with Elisa (our Campus Manager), to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (15 minutes)
Interview with your future manager, Hamza (Talent Acquisition Manager), to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
Then you’ll meet the head of Talent Acquisition of Malt !
Proposal within 48h - We will be ready to welcome you in our Parisian offices in July-Sep 2022 for your apprenticeship!
