About the role

We are looking for a passionate HR Development Specialist to join our HR Team. The latter holds a central place in Malt's setup to accelerate and scale. People & Culture are two fundamentals assets of Malt.
You will be part of a global team composed of 3 HR expertises : Talent acquisition, HRBPs, and HR Development, your area of focus ! HR Development is divided into Analytics (Compensation, KPIs), Talent & Learning, Culture & Engagement. You will be involved in a wide variety of strategic and operational projects to improve our HR policies & programs, and help us make the best decisions. This role will allow you to develop your analytical, technical, and soft skills, within a global/international environment.


As a member of our HR team, Your mission will be
Participate in the Learning roadmap : Learning Management System (LMS) selection, training content design, pushing Learning as a philosophy for development
Contribute to the Talent Assessment implementation (process, calendar, tools, analysis, outcome, follow-up) for talent & succession planning
Build the monthly HR KPIs report
Assist in Compensation packages requests
Participate in Culture & Engagement topics (workshops, engagement surveys, analysis & action plan, D&I initiatives)
Update training materials & policies

Profil recherché

Preferred experience
You're a student in BAC + 4/5 business school or university
You're looking for an apprenticeship of 12 or 24 months
Strong sensitivity to data analysis with a good command of Excel appreciated
Previous experience in L&D / HR Project / Compensation & Benefits is a plus
Autonomous, you are able to make proposals and constantly come up with solutions
Curious, proactive, entrepreneurial, team player, you speak french and have a Good level of English to communicate with an international teams
Interest in understanding the challenges of a HR Team in a scale-up
Our Recruitment process
First call with Aya (Talent Acquisition Specialist), to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (15 minutes)
Interview with your future manager, Julien (our Head of HR Development) to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
Home assignment to prepare in order to evaluate your hard skills
Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office as soon as possible !
