About the role
In full expansion, Malt is looking for a person with the ambition to contribute to the creation of a new Malt branch in Nantes.
Working in tandem with the two regional managers, your objective will be to develop Malt in the West region, prospect new clients, open new accounts, promote the advantages of Malt and develop the freelance community in the basin.
Your missions will be :
You will prospect for new clients using our different tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesloft and our CRM...) to get physical and phone appointments
You will build sales action plans for major accounts (map the challenges and current events of an account, define the key decision-makers and the associated conquest actions)
You will assist in the preparation of client meetings, identify key information about the potential client. You will define the objectives and key messages to be transmitted
You will participate in sales meetings and identify the needs of the customers, in order to bring them solutions.
You will then do everything possible to win business (exchanges with our sourcing department to identify the best freelancers for a given need, be able to manage some sourcing with call of freelances to present and promote mission, freelance coaching for interviews, client exchanges, closing of opportunities etc)
Freelancers are also our clients! You will have to make sure that their missions go well, you will be able to visit them physically to create a link and to better understand the organization and the functioning of the client for whom they are on mission
To federate and increase the freelancer’s community of the region, you’ll have the opportunity to set up an acquisition strategy: through events organization, partnerships and marketing campaigns (with the help of the Regional Managers).
Our product and our processes evolve very quickly in co-construction with our customers: you will be able to propose product improvements thanks to the customer feedback you will have obtained
This is a unique opportunity to open a region! Choosing this work-study program means accompanying the regional managers in the opening of the region, in their day-to-day actions thanks to real teamwork, while becoming autonomous by developing your own customer portfolio. At the same time, you will be able to invest yourself in internal projects thanks to your strength of proposal.
