What can we do together?
Since Nov 2019., the top strategic global account of the company (currently 81 top customers) are centrally managed by a team of 50 + senior account managers. The rationale behind it is to offer these accounts a superior customer experience, consistent across the globe. Fully Integrated to this sales team, you will support more specifically the Sales execution manager in re-enforcing this global ecosystem and running the governance around it.
What a Business Analyst intern/apprentice does at HP:
You will be monitoring various KPIs (customer satisfaction, delivery time..) across the global organization. Your role will be vital in coordinating action plans with different departments (Sales operation, Supply chain, Credit and collection, services, Marketing…) to drive the strategic growth for our top strategic global accounts.
You will also have the chance to provide analysis on new business opportunities (new product segments from HP, or Alliance with vendors of products that can complement our offer). You will evaluate the performance of our strategies by monitoring each global account. You will drive process improvement plans (action follow-up, monitoring, reporting…)
Profil recherché
Who you are?
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess :
A Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Sales, Business Administration
Fluency in French and English is required for this role, German or Spanish would be a plus
Strong analytical skills and an eye-for-details
Curiosity and organization skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced level in PowerPoint & Excel at an advanced level (pivot table, VLOOKUP, macro…), MS Power BI is highly desirable
