Role Responsibilities:

Based in Luxembourg (with potential travels within Europe), you will carry out consulting engagements or
manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders in Asset Management (Asset Managers, Private Banks,
Investor Services Providers) in areas including:

• Strategy
• M&A Integration
• Review of Operating Models
• Evolution of Organisations
• Digital Transformation
• Operational Benchmarking
• Change Management

Profil recherché

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):

• Significant internship in consulting or project management and/or an exposure to Financial
Services organisations, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers
• An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management
market
• First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of
Microsoft Office
• Interest in client relationship development
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with both clients and colleagues
• Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
• Strong academic background from a top-ranking business school or engineering school
• Fluency in English is required, French/German is a plus
• Eligible to work in Luxembourg, this criterion is really important as all our internships can lead to a
permanent position if the intern performance is aligned with our expectations
