Fonctions et responsabilités :
As a member of the Business Development team, the Business Developer’s role is to identify and attract freelancers talents, and develop relationships with new prospects and clients :
Building a database of prospects / customers, concrete prospecting actions (phoning, mailing);
Development of commercial relationships with your partners, large multinational accounts, ESN, Marketplace
Recruitment, management and retention of your teams of freelance consultants, graduates of major engineering and business schools
Administrative and financial management of a Consultant Business Unit
Development of the community of freelancers
Involvement in various transverse projects: development of services offered to the community, co-hosting of Webinars, organization and participation in Afterworks...
Profil recherché
You have a business or engineering degree with a specialization in Business & or Innovation, and ideally you have a first experience as a Business Developer
You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and you are not afraid of challenges,
You are an outstanding salesperson, have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable on the phone
You are rigorous, and have a good oral and written presentation
Fluent English
You will follow a practical training and will benefit throughout your integration process from a personalized accompaniment on all the facets of the job (sales, recruitment, management, financial management, communication, etc).
