Fonctions et responsabilités :
The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc.
Your Role
Within the HR governance, the International Mobility Coordinator is in charge of the immigration steps needed during both the preboarding and the onboarding of new foreign employees.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:
Run the immigration operations required to onboard a newcomer, as well as anticipating the process to follow, timeline and costs;
Collect the relevant data and keep the system updated based on the mobility information gathered;
Build and improve our internal tools, as well as be active from a knowledge management perspective;
Contribute to ongoing department projects that require immigration inputs.
Assist in managing relationships with vendors;
Collaborate to improve our group processes, policies and tools;
Profil recherché
You have a Master’s degree in Law / International HR / Mobility
Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
Ideally you have a relevant 1st experience in International Mobility, focused on immigration.
