Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc.
As an HR Officer you will advise and provide HR support and following up HR politics. We are looking for the person who will be responsible for the deployment of our main HR policies within our entities in France.
You will oversee:
Implementing HR group policies on your scope such as:
- Deploying the training policy within our entities in France - Coordination & logistics of the trainings.
- Participating in the deployment of our disability policy within our French entities - Contributing to the organization of events and HR projects.
Contributing to the lean management and improvement of HR processes.
Contributing to HR group projects.
Profil recherché
You are currently a student and preparing a master’s degree in the field of human resources.
A previous internship experience in HR field between 6 months to 1 year, would be a plus.
You are fluent in English and French.
you are eager to work in an international team.
You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You are curious and enthusiast and excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented, autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving skill.
