A manager for Amaris, is in one word an intrapreneur. Every manager has the opportunity to have an impact in the development of Amaris Consulting and become the Leader of tomorrow. We are looking for future Directors! Join us and build your own career path to reveal your managerial qualities!
It’s not always easy to summarize what an intrapreneur does at Amaris, but it’s all about operating on 3 main axes:
Business Development:
You will have to find your own customers, by doing market analysis to identify prospects, contacting them through cold calling, organizing meetings to identify projects on which we could accompany them thanks to our expertise.
Recruitment and Management of your team of consultants:
As a manager, you will recruit your own team (find and attract the best talents with the right expertise and skillset), then be there to help them evolve and develop their skills. You’ll oversee the follow-up of the projects and of the satisfaction of your consultants.
Management of your BU:
You are responsible of the well-being of your business unit, and so as in any company, your objective is to handle this responsibly and pilot the activity safely. You will Analyse your Profit & Loss to build an adequate action plan and optimize the Turnover & the Contributive Margin.
Your goal is to Lead the daily life of your structure and provide the best working conditions for your team.
By joining our offices, you will join the team of a Senior Manager, he/she will coach and mentor you on a daily basis, and support you at any time!

We are looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who want to push themselves beyond the limit, attracted by challenges, self-starters and highly ambitious:
Graduated with a master’s degree in Business or Engineering
Interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driver
Structured and organized, but also with a “competitive and entrepreneurial” character
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
