Fonctions et responsabilités :
Ta LittleBig mission si tu l’acceptes :
Tu seras responsable du matching entre client.e.s et expert.e.s :
Analyser et challenger les besoins clients de la BU ;
Identifier et qualifier les profils techniques ;
Etablir la stratégie de gestion de communauté des candidat.e.s avec l’aide du Community Success ;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Account Manager pour maitriser leur périmètre business et pouvoir y positionner notre communauté ;
Accompagner les candidat.e.s jusqu’au démarrage de la mission
Profil recherché
✔️ Tu as une première expérience ou une appétence dans le recrutement / sourcing ;
✔️ Tu as de très bonnes capacités d’adaptation et un bon relationnel ;
✔️ Tu es à la recherche d’une aventure en équipe, de responsabilités et d’autonomie ;
✔️ En plus de ta langue maternelle, tu as une bonne maitrise de l’anglais ;
✔️ Une expérience dans le monde d’IT et à l’international est un plus ;
✔️ Tu as un niveau ou équivalent BAC+5 , d’ingénieur ou d’université, et souhaites évoluer dans un environnement de scale-up.
