Why should you participate?

If you are about to complete your bachelor's degree or your training in the field of business administration, marketing, e-commerce, business engineering, business informatics or a related field and are looking for the ideal position for your international career start, then come to Concentrix + Webhelp and take advantage of the opportunity to participate in our Graduate program at one of our Concentrix + Webhelp Hubs in Athens, Berlin, Barcelona, Málaga or Prague.

Four weeks of intensive sales training in one of Europe's most exciting cities prepare you for the daily work in B2B sales and a digital work environment after which you have the opportunity to join one of our exciting projects full-time. You will acquire practical know-how in the various areas of digitalization and work in parallel on exciting tasks and projects in our company and for our customers.

What?

What we offer you:

After your participation in our Graduate Program, you will be hired on a full-time contract in one of our exciting projects with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many other industries. There, you will complete training based on a module plan we have specifically developed, including training in areas such as social selling, customer intelligence, objection handling, consultative sales, communication, and much more. The necessary skills will be taught to you by experienced B2B sales professionals.

This includes:

Corporate communication

Lead generating

Element of account management

Solution selling

If you successfully complete the trainee program, you will qualify for a permanent position in one of our projects.

Profil recherché

We are looking for graduates who want to start a career abroad and who bring the necessary qualities and skills for a successful entry into the sales world.

These include:

Good English and French skills

Taking initiative and acting proactively

Capable of working alone and solving problems

Inter-cultural competence

Active listening skills

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ect.)

Interest and curiosity in digital and technology topics

A European Work permit
