Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
You will join the team in Sophia Antipolis to work on the French market on our Market Place offer. You will be fully responsible for a portfolio of key accounts on all issues related to their business development and the evolution of the relationship.
You will be responsible for managing your accounts and your community:
Build an account strategy allowing the maximum exploitation of your BU
Maintain a long term and qualitative relationship with your client partners and your community of providers
Follow-up on assignments and customer satisfaction
Ensure the matching between your clients' calls for tender and service providers' proposals (from sourcing to closing)
Minimize the churn of projects / providers in your area
Educate clients on the use of our platform
You will work in harmony with the LittleBIG ecosystem with a common goal of growth:Work with the Growth team to leverage your potential
Define and communicate the administrative process of your accounts in order to optimize your collaboration with the Customer Success team
Work with the product team to maximize business/tool synergies
Profil recherché
You have a master's degree from a business school, engineering school or university and you want to work in a scale-up environment
You have a first experience in project management combined with customer portfolio management
You have very good adaptation skills
You are looking for a team adventure, responsibilities and autonomy
You are fluent in French and English and ideally a third language
Experience in the world of technology, software publishing and international business is a plus
Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity
