Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
Allianz Trade is organized in 6 business regions across the world. Its “Group” teams are located in Paris-La Défense, the headquarter. In Allianz Trade’ Group teams, we aim at supporting regional teams in their activities, as well as ensuring homogeneity and consistency in how the company operates worldwide, aligned with Allianz Group policies.
Group People Center of Expertise (CoE) team is composed of people with different nationalities. We impulse, inform and coordinate the activities of the regions on the following topics:
• Talent Management & People Acquisition
• Employer Branding & HR communication
• Global HR projects including Engagement and Transformation
When you join our teams, you work in an international context, surrounded by dedicated people with innovative and entrepreneurial mindsets, willing to work in a collaborative way, sharing their views, in order to come up with the best ideas and solutions.
Key responsibilities
EMPLOYER BRAND DEVELOPMENT
• Create content to develop the Employer Brand on Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), based on defined agenda
• Create recurrent reporting to follow-up and analyze the performance of Social Media content
• Follow-up on current trends and make benchmark study, to suggest ideas and campaigns to promote our employer brand
HR COMMUNICATION
• Participate to the definition of communication plans and create multimedia communication asset (articles, visuals, videos, infographics, etc.) for different Group HR initiatives
• Create recurrent internal Newsletters for the HR community and employees worldwide
• Assist the manager in the relations with providers (usually communication agency)
• Create recurrent reporting from HR tools to follow-up on different HR activities and performance
The tasks will be adapted to the activity of the department.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree or Bac +4 (possible in progress)
- Good command of written English, French/German/Italian or another language is a plus
- Good level of office pack (Especially Excel and Power Point).
- Knowledge of design and video editing tools (online tools included) is a plus
