Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

Reporting to the Group Data Marketing & Analytics Manager and to the Group Marketing Data Analyst, the Group Marketing Data Analytics apprentice is a key player working transversally with all Group Digital Marketing teams and other Group functions on data analysis, web sourcing, reporting and dashboarding. As well as coordinating with 8 regionals teams to implement global target vision.

Main missions:

Data analysis

Understand Allianz Trade’s business, the needs of the Group and Regional teamsand develop an appropriate methodology to meet them.
Identify, extract and reconcile relevant data from various systems and databases, ensure accuracy and reliability of marketing and commercial data.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis based on the evolving needs of Group team stakeholders.

Web sourcing

Leverage Adobe experience Cloud stack (especially Adobe Analytics) to analyze and optimize end-to-end customer engagement across 50+ local websites.
Collect business needs to deploy website enhancements: web measurement tracking, livechat, lead generation modules, paid promotion campaigns, programmatic campaigns.

Reporting

Design, build and maintain data visualisations and dashboards to make data accessible and easily understandable to top management and operational teams.
Upgrade and automate regular reports and create repeatable data analysis for our stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of a worldwide internal business intelligence dashboards (MicroStrategy/PowerBI)

Profil recherché

Profile/experience required:

Master student (business school, engineer school, university)
Fluent in English
Strong interest in Digital Marketing, business oriented


Skills required

Very good level in Excel / Powerpoint.
Knowledge in BI tool and/or Adobe Analytics is a (big) plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Comfortable with figures.
Rigorous and detail oriented.
Proactive, curious
Team player, good interpersonal skills.
