Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
Our Financial Management Program is a two-year early career development program that will boost your career start. FMP positions you to become a future financial and business leader at GE.
FMP combines operational assignments with virtual and on-site training in finance, accounting, business & leadership.
• You will complete four six-month rotations within GE Vernova.
• You will train in GE finance skills to gain a variety of on-the-job experience: trade finance, supply chain finance, and financial planning and analysis.
• You will collaborate and introduce to senior leaders within GE who will both train and mentor you throughout the program.
• You will actively uphold GE values by participating in our culture of inclusion both within the company and in the communities we serve.
• You are mobile for rotations of 6 months in sites different from your 1st rotation. The sites are based according to the activities of GE Vernova all over France, in addition to other potential sites (mobility assistance provided).
• Following the FMP program, you will have the option of applying for GE's Operations Finance Leadership Program (OFLP) or for a senior internal finance position.
Profil recherché
Qualifications required:
• Master's degree (Bac +5) specializing in Finance or Commerce.
• Validated and unlimited French or European work permit.
• Excellent level of English.
Desired skills:
• Humility: respect, agility, desire to learn.
• Transparency: sharing of essential information, frankness, constructive contribution.
• Focused: learn quickly, sense of priorities, commitment.
• Leadership spirit: excellent oral and written communication, ability to make decisions, collaborative spirit.
