Job description summary:
The Compensation and benefits department is part of the HR department within the Reward Management. You will join a team of experts, willing to teach and exchange in order to maintain a high level of professionalism. You will have the opportunity to work with the HR Business Partners, the HR Teams of Amadeus all over the world and the other expertise teams of the HR Department. This experience will provide you a good opportunity to work with the other HR fields (compensation & benefits, payroll, labour relation, recruitment, talent management, etc.…).

Purpose
The Compensation and Benefits team is responsible for the definition, the implementation and the follow up of all policies, programs and procedures related to salaries, annual bonuses, seniority awards, stock programs, savings plan, profit sharing, health and death/disability insurance, pension plans.

Our clients are managers and employees.

Main Responsibilities:
Will participate in the following processes:

Compensation :
- Salary surveys & Market surveys
- Gender gap analysis
- Recruitment offer support

Benefits :
- health insurance, life insurance and retirement plan management and annual review
- 1% housing
- Company car
- Annual seniority awards program

Reporting : Various reports (social audit, annual salary negotiation, gender equity, …)
Preparation of the annual Social Individual Statement (Bilan Social Individuel)

SIRH maintenance :
- Accuracy of the data
- Following of promotion, internal mobility, job matching

Will participate in meetings with partners such as insurance companies, financial institutions, …

Profil recherché

Requirements

- Good level of English
- Interest for compensation and benefits techniques, detail-oriented
- Knowledge of MS-Excel
- Analytical thinking, good level of communication, good interpersonal skills, confidentiality
