Attached to the People & Culture (P&C) department, the school relationship team is composed of 4 people. Our mission is to attract the best students to support business success. We highly contribute to the development of our employer brand in cooperation with our communication team. We are also in charge of developing strong partnerships with schools.

Summary of the activities:

Reporting to the Campus Manager, the school relationship apprentice plays a role in the Talent Acquisition activities for student hiring, and other employer brand activities.

During this experience you will:

- Support on School fairs organisation.
- Support on sourcing activities (Screening CVs & pre-qualification calls) to identify the best student profiles.
- Participate to the organisation of the students’ induction sessions.
- Work in close cooperation with communication team to elaborate and improve documentation & communication materials (Job teaser, Happy trainees survey, student newsletter, FAQ for student and management, etc)
- Follow up apprenticeship cost & invoicing.
- Participate to Tax d'apprentissage
- Contribute to evolutions of tools & processes to optimize our activities.
- Lead trainees & Apprentices community together with other P&C students.
- Manage the work observation process and convention for high school students.

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate:

- You are doing a master’s degree in human resources or international business.
- You have excellent good skills and feel comfortable with Power Point
- You have a very good level of oral and written English (we are an international company, and our business environment is English)
- You have a first experience working in team (project/internship/job)
- Team spirit
