Fonctions et responsabilités :
Major Responsibilities
The team manages over 200 international assignments across 20 destinations to and from France, per year.
Expertise
Take charge of a portfolio of International assignees to/from Nice, in particular towards/from Asia-Pacific, India and North America.
Draft of letter of assignment, transfer agreement, etc.…
Social security analysis of the files: registration, certificate of coverage, health care, etc.…
Handle mobility procedure regarding immigration, removal, etc.…
Compliancy regarding taxes with local laws and company policy (together with our external law firm provider)
Audit regarding social security, taxes, etc..
Meeting with the employees (outbound, inbound, repatriation)
Compensation & benefits: cost calculation & policies
International Mobility package (expatriation, secondment, local plus, short-term assignments and permanent transfers)
International Mobility Policies regarding the assignment type
Cost calculation
Salary offer (grading, internal equity, talent management)
Equity plans & international Mobility consequences
Action logement program
External providers coordination
Transversal projects
Draft processes and contribute to the optimization and digitalization of the activities
Elaborate and improve documentation for assignees (departure kit, return kit, country guides, comparison of benefits).
Preparation of analytics for international mobility (reports, statistics, follow-up of costs, databases, quality surveys).
SI HR change and new implementation

Requirements
Master Degree in Human Resources / Business / Law (for example: Master 2 in HR)
English (working language): excellent written and oral
Word, Excel and PowerPoint (facility with numbers and Excel is needed)

Our Team
The International Mobility department is part of the HR department within the Reward Management. You will join a team of experts, willing to teach and exchange in order to maintain a high level of professionalism. You will have the opportunity to work with the HR Business Partners, the HR Teams of Amadeus all over the world and the other expertise teams of the HR Department. This experience will provide you a good opportunity to work with the other HR fields (compensation & benefits, payroll, labour relation, recruitment, talent management, etc.…).
