Fonctions et responsabilités :

Main missions

Diversity & Inclusion

The apprentice will be working alongside the Diversity & Inclusion project leader. He/she will participate in the following activities:

Reporting
- Disability program dedicated tool updates
- Invoices & budget follow up
- Statistics & KPIs production
- Processes improvement
- Cross teams’ processes review and improvement
- Follow up and update of the AFNOR auto-evaluation & continuous improvement tool, targeting enhanced inclusion of disabled workers in a standard working environment

Logistics
-Coordination of the disabled workers workstations adaptations & material delivery with the internal/external support teams

Diversity & Inclusion promotion in collaboration with the communication expert
- Animation of the Amadeus D&I ambassadors’ network (bi-monthly meetings, Teams group posts & Sharepoint page updates)
- PowerPoint presentations and Neo pages updates ensuring brand compliancy and accessibility rules
- Coordination of Amadeus participation in external events such as Defi Sport Handi Valides, Special Olympics, Grand Defi, Sport2job...
- Coordination of onsite internal events such as the Disability week, Grand Defi launch animation...

Wellbeing program
A good quality of life is important to us all, at work and in our personal sphere, from the latest newcomer to the top management. We might all face difficult times at some point in our lives, whether from a personal, social, or professional view. The Well-Being program and its multidisciplinary team are here to provide support.

- Create, deploy, and analyze qualitative surveys
- Support on wellbeing day organization
- support communication materials

Profil recherché

Requirements

Master’s degree in HR or business school
Great communicator, strong relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated writing skills.
Ability and experience to lead projects in autonomy, including project management experience (in any domain)
Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to details.
Real team player with a passion for cultural differences.
First experience in HR or consultancy HR is a plus.
Fluency in French and English. Any other European language is a plus.
