Mission
Fonctions et responsabilités :
Execute controlling activities to ensure a proper costs monitoring.
Prepare analysis on excel and pivot/transform some data to analyze different dimensions (e.g., to show the cost by project, budget consumption, cost per application…)
Perform excel reconciliations (e.g., to track purchase orders vs. invoices and resource plans)
Identify potential gaps (e.g., missing timesheet, missing invoice, missing budget, missing costs) and track remaining budget.
Contribute to the preparation of the Reporting Package (Opex timetracking, IT Change, Actuals, true-up process, …)
Monitoring actuals vs. plan, analyzing deviations and their drivers;
Prepare Powerpoint Slides Deck for different Finance and Steering meetings;
Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and dashboards to various stakeholders;
Contributing on guidelines, methods, best practices, processes and systems for controlling area.
Profil recherché
Higher education degree in finance (M2 Finance students or M1 in gap year)
Excellent command of Excel
Fluent English mandatory;
Strong analytical skills;
Good communication skills in a hybrid remote environment.
