CAPSUM is a fast-paced (consistent +50% annual growth) contract manufacturer dedicated to inventing, developing and manufacturing unique cosmetic products for skin care and makeup brands seeking differentiation in marketing a new generation of cosmetics with high visual impact.
“Artisan Scientifique”, CAPSUM pioneers Micro-Fluidic Sciences applied to cosmetics. WE HACK THE BEAUTY industry by creating emotional products while limiting our environmental impact. We partner and co-develop brands most iconic products. Our customers portfolio includes premium brands in the US and Europe.
We are looking for a senior sales executive with experience in contract manufacturing. Reporting to the head of Europe Sales (Paris based), part of a fun international team of business developers/ account managers, you are a key interface between brands marketing/PD executives (customers) and our internal R&D.
THE JOB
• Scout territory for new prospects
• Identify and prospect new business
• Meet prospects to dream up their next beauty products
• Interact with brands marketing, product development and R&D teams
• Identify profitable product development opportunities
• Prepare product briefs, bill of materials, commercial offers
• Custom development pricing
• Collaborate daily with internal teams
• Drives growth revenue + profit
• Establish sales budget, reporting
• Implement strategies
Profil recherché
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in contract manufacturing of Cosmetic finished products
• Experience in Beauty B2B sales of finish/turnkey products
• Expert in skin care + makeup
• Rare inter-personal skills
• Established connections with major UK & Northern Europe brands executives
• Strong prospecting skills with an energetic phone & direct presence
• Concerned by innovation & sustainable manufacturing
• Know beauty product development and formulation basics
• Able to work with cross-functional teams
• Able to travel 50% of time
• Based in London area
