Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for a BG Supply Chain apprentice (m/f/d) for its site in Nanterre, France.
The main responsibilities of the role:
The apprentice will work in the Supply Chain Management team at Business Group (BG) level on all improvement projects that will impact the business positively across the world.
The main missions of the role are:
Develop and implement with BG/Divisions/Plants an efficient PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) reporting structure with limited manual inputs while maintaining and improving current performance monitoring reporting.
Digital/Artificial Intelligence/Automation: development and deployment of standards and follow up of pilots and innovation.
Participate to the deployment of Faurecia’s logistics fundamentals (such as stock accuracy, improvement of internal control process robustness…)
Alert Monitoring Systems: Develop and implement a solution to monitor projected inventory levels for all supply chains (from customer to raw material suppliers) that ensure final customer delivery and minimizes obsolescence during the complete Product Life Cycle (PLC).
Lead and support “Just Needed Production Inventory” workshops in the plants.
Lead and support deployment of external MIFD/A and Pull Systems. (MIFD/A: material and information flow diagram/analysis)
Support development and deployment of plant “PC&L Health Chart” by monitoring the dashboard for Faurecia Core Systems (SAP) master data to ensure efficient usage of the system and early warning of missing data that could create customer, supplier, internal production and financial risks.
Support Deployement of new S&OP tool and process with Sales /program and Supply Chain division network
Support various other improvement projects as well as plants when required.
This position is to be filled from October 2021 for a period of 12 months (renewable if possible).
Profil recherché
The ideal candidate will have:
Graduated in Supply Chain / Engineering (industrial, mechatronics) or related fields
Fluent in English
Interpersonal skills, open-minded and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment
Able to travel when required
