Fonctions et responsabilités :

The Airlines Learning Services department is looking for an apprentice in “Project Management in Digital Communication”

Learning is key for the adoption of a product by our customers. Our core mission is to support them with their learning needs through varied learning solutions and documentation materials. To do so, our team works with Product Managers, Support Teams and other Subject Matter Experts to ensure that the learning solutions we provide meet the needs of our customers; are in the formats requested; are accurate and are delivered on time.

The product and functional learning solutions we provide could include a blend of:

instructor-led learning: virtual classroom, classroom, and workshops
self-paced learning: e-Learning, videos, simulations, etc.
functional documentation: Online Help, User Guides, etc.
By joining the Airlines Learning Services department, you will contribute actively to our core mission.

Main Responsibilities

Discover through experience the job of Project Management in Digital Communication in all its diversity.

Your mission will evolve according to your learning curve and your ability to manage several activities in parallel.

By applying your skills, you:
Assist the management team of the "Airlines Learning Services" department in managing the communication of learning projects.
Produce teasers, articles for newsletters on the company's intranet, the department's SharePoint sites, and on the digital learning platform.
Assist the Airlines Learning Services management team in the deployment of the team's communication strategy.
Participate in brainstorming sessions.
Propose innovative updates to the department's SharePoint sites, with regular content updates.
Contribute to the implementation of our strategy, by mobilizing different touch points, especially digital ones, to improve the customer experience.

Profil recherché

Requirements

Preparation of a Master degree with a focus on digital communication and customer experience
Experience in project management
Excellent written and spoken English
PC knowledge and proficient in the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience working with OneDrive/SharePoint
Team player
Willingness to learn
Customer oriented
