Mission

Fonctions et responsabilités :

Team Description

The UEI team (User Experience and Innovation) is responsible for making the best use of our digital workplace within Amadeus (20000+ employees). We do that by helping our division (Digital Workplace Services) to put the users at the heart of our activities. This includes:
- Supporting our users through different channels (communities, learning sessions, support material…)
- Helping the DWS teams to consider the end users when developing and launching a new tool/service (user research, beta tests…)

Summary of the role

Being a strong support to the rest of the team by participating in existing projects and proposing new ideas.

Main Responsibilities
• Acting as a community manager in our different communities (Champions community, support community…). Animating the communities, answering to questions when relevant, promoting the different DWS initiatives, increasing the number of members
• Creating and updating learning material using all type of channels and media (videos, PowerPoints, web pages…)
• Organizing and participating in different learning sessions (online and face to face)
• Conducting user research and user interviews to understand the different ways of working in Amadeus, especially linked to remote working
• Promoting the use of O365 within Amadeus, using modern and innovative ways

Profil recherché

Soft skills:

• Motivated and energetic, willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
• Ability to support both proactively and reactively
• Good team player
• Creativity and innovation

Technical skills:

• English to a high level required
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment or other collaboration platforms is a plus
