Team Description
Amadeus Travel Channels Customer Service develops and delivers a wide range of learning, support, automation, content and security management services to meet the needs of Amadeus Travel Channels customers worldwide.
The Evolution and Efficiency Office defines and implements Business Efficiency programs impacting the Customer Service organization, and drives internal change management, communications and development programs within the Division.
Main responsibilities
The Apprentice will contribute in the development of specific communications activities, supporting internal communications and initiatives that aim to foster a culture of engagement and collaboration within the division.
This will include:
Participate in the definition and implementation of global internal communication activities aiming at engaging employees
Support the team in the deployment, update and moderation of social and collaboration tools, e.g. Yammer community, Sharepoint portal
Contribute to raise awareness about key internal initiatives and projects and keep momentum via regular communication, e.g. internal newsletter, articles in corporate channels
Participate in the creation of communication materials/vehicles to support the various departments, e.g. videos, presentations, newsletters, social media posts
Help coordinate the organization of internal awareness webinars - pre-, during and after-webinar activities
Help coordinate and animate the internal communications network
Support the team in the organization of internal, virtual events and collaboration activities
Profil recherché
Requirements
Masters degree with strong emphasis on marketing and communications
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge on programs such as Adobe Creative Suite or Camtasia as a plus
Experience with Social Media and Video creation
